What is a WhatsApp Broadcast List?
A broadcast list allows you to send a message to multiple contacts at once. To the recipient, it appears as a normal private message. Unlike groups, recipients do not know that the message was sent to a list.

- Opt-in: Only broadcast to people who have your number saved in their address book, otherwise they won't receive the message.
